Power & Telstra Padlock - "E Key" & "Tel Key" Marine Grade - Dr Lock Shop

Power & Telstra Padlock - "E Key" & "Tel Key" Marine Grade

Product Overview

This marine-grade padlock is commonly used in the Sydney area by meter readers and telecommunications personnel for access to power meters and telephone exchanges in unit blocks and private houses, particularly in Sydney West. Please confirm with your local service provider before ordering.

The "E Key" system is an older standard that remains in use today. Each padlock is supplied with two keys that operate that specific lock only. Additional keys can be ordered from Dr Lock either at the time of purchase or later, using the number on the back of the key. Please note, the keys supplied will only operate the padlock purchased.

We do not sell the master "E Key" or "Tel Key". The master keys are held by authorised meter readers and telecommunications service personnel, including Telstra, who can access these locks.
